Ash-Shaheed or the Witness says in this beautiful soothing verse: So wait patiently for your Lord’s decree, for surely you are in Our sight. Rest assured that any unjust treatment by the hands of others you go through, Ash-Shaheed is your Witness and you will get justice.
God, The Omniscient Witness, The Certifier, and The Testifier are all conveyed by Ash Shaheed—the One who sees all in creation immediately and constantly. Nothing is hidden from the awareness of the One. The One who witnesses both the visible and the invisible. The One who knows all that happens everywhere at all times.
On judgment day, He is the final witness. Ash Shaheed is the ultimate authority, ensuring no action or thought goes unnoticed. As the Certifier, He validates and confirms the truth of every event and every testimony. On the Day of Judgment, His testimony will serve as the conclusive evidence for all deeds and intentions, leaving no room for doubt or escape.
When we seek the emphatic witness, we are seeking someone to certify and verify that what we are experiencing is real and to protect us from being spiritually and psychologically dismantled, as the oppressed face DARVO when they stand up against their oppressors.
